​Investment Philosophy

When you give to the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Indiana, you can be confident that the money is invested in accordance with Catholic teaching. The Catholic Foundation adheres to the morally and socially responsible guidelines in accordance with those set forth by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Socially Responsible Investment Guidelines.

The Board of Directors, particularly its Investment Committee, is responsible for overseeing investment management. The Foundation’s investment consultant helps the Board and Investment Committee determine the investment policy, asset allocation strategies, and appropriate investment fund managers.

Any parish, school, or nonprofit which places its endowment with the Catholic Foundation can be confident it will be managed in compliance with regulations required by Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA).
